Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Soya chunks (soaked and drained) 2 cups
  2. Finely chopped onions 1 cup
  3. Chopped green chillies 1tbsp
  4. Coriander leaves 4 tbsps
  5. Coriander powder 1tsp
  6. 1 TBSP GRATED Ginger
  7. 1 TSP Cumin POWDER
  8. Salt
  9. 1 TSP Red Chilli POWDER
  10. 1 TBSP CHAT Masala
  11. 2 CUP SOAKED PRESSED Rice(POHA)
  12. 4 TBSP SOAKED Sabudana [TAPIOCA PEARLS]
  13. 1 CUP BOILED GREEN Peas
  14. 100G GRATED Paneer
  15. 1 TSP GARAM Masala
  16. 1 TSP DRY Mango Powder
  17. REFINED Oil

Instructions

  1. ADD 2 CUPS SOAKED ( FOR 15 MINS ) & STRAINED SOYA CHUNKS INTO A MIXER JAR
  2. BLEND FOR 10 SECONDS, ADD 1 CUP CHOPPED ONIONS
  3. ADD 2 TBSP CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES, 1 TBSP GRATED GINGER
  4. ADD 1 TBSP CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES, SALT TO TASTE
  5. ADD 1 TSP EACH OF CUMIN & RED CHILLI POWDER
  6. ADD 1 TBSP CHAT MASALA, BLEND
  7. MAKE A THICK PASTE LIKE THIS
  8. PLACE THE BATTER IN A MIXING BOWL, ADD 2 CUPS SOAKED FLATTENED RICE / POHA
  9. ADD 4 TBSP SOAKED SAGO / SABUDANA, 1 CUP BOILED GREEN PEAS
  10. ADD 100 GMS GRATED COTTAGE CHEEESE, 1 TSP GARAM MASALA
  11. ADD 1 TSP CORIANDER POWDER, 1/2 TSP AMCHOOR POWDER, MIX INTO A SMOOTH DOUGH
  12. ADD 2 TBSP CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES, MIX
  13. SHAPE KEBABS OUT OF THE READY MIX, INSERT TOOTHPICKS AS SHOWN
  14. SHALLOW FRY IN HOT OIL TILL GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP
  15. THE SOYA KEBABS ARE DONE NOW, TAKE OFF HEAT & DRAIN ON ABSORBENT PAPER
  16. SERVE HOT WITH CHUTNEY OR KETCHUP
