Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Cottage cheese - 500 grams cubed
  2. Onion-1 large
  3. Capsicum - 1 large
  4. Spices:
  5. Red chilli powder - 2 tsps
  6. Tandoori masala powder - 2 tsps
  7. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  8. Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
  9. Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
  10. Gram flour / besan - 1 tsp
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Hung curd - 1/2 cup
  13. Garnish chopped coriander and lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. TAKE 500 GRAMS COTTAGE CHEESE IN A MIXING BOWL
  2. ADD 1 LARGE DICED ONION
  3. ADD 1 DICED CAPSICUM
  4. ADD 1 TBSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE
  5. ADD 1/2 TSP CUMIN POWDER
  6. ADD 2 TSP TANDOORI MASALA POWDER
  7. ADD 2 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  8. ADD SALT TO TASTE
  9. ADD 1 TSP BESAN/GRAM FLOUR
  10. ADD 1/2 CUP HUNG CURD
  11. TOSS GENTLY TO COAT PEICES WELL AND FREEZE FOR 10 MINUTES. SOAK SKEWERS AT THE SAME TIME.
  12. APPLY GENEROUS AMOUNT OF OIL TO A GRILL PAN
  13. THREAD THE PEICES INTO THE SKEWERS
  14. ALTERNATING COTTAGE CHEESE CAPSICUM AND ONION PEICES
  15. THREAD ALL THE SAME WAY
  16. START GRLLING ON MEDIUM TO HIGH FLAME
  17. DRIZZLE OIL FROM TOP
  18. TURN SIDE WHEN DONE ON ONE SIDE
  19. GARNISH WITH CHOPPED CORIANDER AND LEMON WEDGES
