Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 200 gm Paneer Cubed
  2. 1 bay leaf
  3. 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  4. 1 tsp garam masala
  5. 1/3 cup water/milk
  6. 1/4 tsp crushed kasuri methi
  7. 3 tbsp butter
  8. 3 tbsp cream
  9. Sugar 1/4 tsp
  10. Salt to taste
  11. To Grind
  12. 1 onion roughy chopped
  13. 3 tomatoes roughly chopped
  14. 2 cloves
  15. 3 cardamom
  16. 1/2 Inch cinnamon
  17. 8-10 cashews
  18. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  19. 1-2 green chillies

Instructions

  1. ASSEMBLE THE INGREDIENTS
  2. GRIND GINGER GARLIC PASTE, TOMATOES, ONIONS, GREEN CHILLI, CASHEWS AND WHOLE SPICES TO FORM PUREE
  3. IN PRESSURE COOKER, ADD BUTTER, BAY LEAF, RED CHILLI POWDER, PANEER,WATER/MILK AND GROUND PUREE
  4. ADD SUGAR,SALT, GARAM MASALA AND KASURI METHI
  5. COOK ON MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL 2 WHISTLES
  6. ONCE PRESSURE IS RELEASED, MIX EVERYTHING WELL
  7. ADD 2 TBSP CREAM AND CORRIANDER LEAVES. MIX WELL
  8. GARNISH WITH 1 TBSP CREAM AND CORRIANDER LEAVES. SERVE HOT
