I made these paniyaram of green moong daal .these are perfect for breakfast and brunch.these are healthy also.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup soak moong daal (chilka)
  2. 1 chop pyaaz
  3. 1/2 cup grated coconut
  4. 1 tsp ginger paste
  5. Salt as per taste
  6. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  7. 1/2 tsp haldi
  8. 1 tsp garam masala
  9. 1 tsp chaat masala
  10. Pinch of kallimirch
  11. pinch of baking soda
  12. Oil for cooking of paniyiram

Instructions

  1. MAKE PASTE OF MOONG DAAL
  2. ADD GINGER PASTE
  3. ADD ONION,HALDI,RED CHILLI POWDER
  4. ADD GRATED COCONUT
  5. AND GARAM MASALA
  6. ADD BAKING SODA
  7. MIX ALL OF THEM
  8. AND CHAAT MASALA AND MIX
  9. HEAT APPAM MOULD AND GREASE FILL 1 TSP BATTER IN ITS EACH MOULD AND ADD OIL COOK FROM BOTH SIDES
  10. OUR PANIYARAM ARE READY
  11. SERVE WITH GREEN CHUTNEY OR TOMATO KURMA AND SAUCE
