Remove the stems of paalak and wash it thee or four times, drain excess water and chop it finely. Wash and soak moong dal for 1 hour.
Heat ghee in a pressure cooker, add garlic cloves fry till golden brown, add green chilies and cook for 1 minute. Add paalak and salt, cook it for 8-10 mins.
Now add moong dal and 3 cups (measuring 100 ml) of water, mix very well and pressure cook till 3 whistles. Switch off the stove, moong daal and paalak is ready to serve.
Pour lehsun tadka and garnish with green coriander leaves before serving.
