Bathura is a popular delicacy from the North of India . Chole masala is the perfect accompaniment for Bathura.
In a bowl , take 2 cups all purpose flour , 1/2 cup wheat flour , 1/4 teaspoon salt .
Add 1/4 cup fine semolina to the flours. Mix all together .
Add 2 cups hung curd . 1/4 teaspoon baking powder and a big pinch baking soda .
Knead into a soft dough . Add a spoon of ghee and cover the dough for one hour undisturbed .
After an hour , make medium sized balls ought of the dough and roll them into small thick rotis.
Heat oil for deep frying . Drop the rolled rotis into the hot oil one by one and fry .
Serve hot with hot chole Masala.
