I made three colours ravioli by adding vegetables for colour and stuff with paneer filling.serve in creamy cheesy sauce.let's enjoy this delicious ravioli

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For green colour ravioli----
  2. 1/2 tsp salt
  3. 1/4 cup spinach puree
  4. For yellow colour ravioli---
  5. 1/2 cup flour
  6. 1/2 tsp salt
  7. 1/4 cup carrot puree
  8. For red colour ravioli--
  9. 1/2 cup flour
  10. 1/4 tsp salt
  11. 1/4 cup beetroot puree
  12. For filling----
  13. 1/2 cup crumbled paneer
  14. 1/4 cup red,yellow and green bell pepper
  15. Salt as per taste
  16. 1/4 tsp Pepper powder
  17. Creamy sauce---
  18. 1 tbsp butter
  19. 1 tsp flour
  20. 1 cup milk
  21. 1 cube cheese
  22. 1 tsp pepper
  23. Salt if required
  24. For cooking of ravioli--
  25. 2 cup water
  26. 1 tsp salt
  27. 1 tsp oil

Instructions

  1. TAKE FLOUR IN A BOWL
  2. ADD SALT AND PALAK PUREE AND MAKE DOUGH
  3. TAKE FLOUR AND SALT
  4. ADD CARROT PUREE AND MAKE A DOUGH
  5. TAKE FLOUR IN BOWL ADD SALT
  6. AND BEET PUREE MAKE A DOUGH
  7. OUR THREE COLOURS ARE READY
  8. TAKE PANEER IN A BOWL
  9. ADD BELL PEPPERS
  10. AND SALT
  11. AND PEPPER
  12. AND MIX ALL OF THEM
  13. ROLL DOWN BEETROOT IN RECTANGLE
  14. CUT IN TWO PIECES
  15. IN SAME WAY ROLL DOWN IT AND CUT IN TWO PARTS GREASE ROLLED BEET PART
  16. AND PUT GREEN ON IT NOW GREASE GREEN ALSO
  17. NOW PUT YELLOW PART ON GREEN AND CUT THIN SLICES
  18. TAKE THIN CUT PARTS ON WORL PLACE AND ROLL IT AND CUT IN ROUND WITH COOKIE CUTTER
  19. MAKE ALL DISCS LIKE THAT
  20. TAKE PANEER FILLING AND PUT AT ONE PART
  21. AND COVER WITH OTHER PART
  22. PREPARE ALL OF THEM LIKE THIS
  23. AND PRICK FROM SIDES WITH FORK
  24. HEAT WATER ADD SALT AND OIL AND BOIL RAIVOLIES FOR 10 MIN. AND REMOVE FROM HOT WATER
  25. NOW HEAT BUTTER IN PANADD FLOUR AND COOK IN BUTTER
  26. ADD MILK AND STIR CONTNIOUSLY
  27. ADD GRATED CHEESE IN IT
  28. AND PEPPER AND MIX PROPERLY
  29. OUR SAUCE IS READY
  30. POUR SAUCE IN SERVING PLATE
  31. AND ADD RAIOLI IN IT
  32. SPRINKLE SOME FLAKES
  33. AND GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES
  34. SERVE HOT
