Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Yellow dough:
  2. All purpose flour 150 gm
  3. Mashed pumkin. 1/3 cup
  4. Yeast 1/2 tsp
  5. Sugar 1/2 tsp
  6. Oil 1 tsp
  7. Salt. 1/4 tsp
  8. Powder milk. 1/2 tbs
  9. White dough :
  10. All purpose flour. 120 gm.
  11. Water 60 ml
  12. Sugar. 1/2 tsp
  13. Salt. 1/4 tsp
  14. Powder milk. 1/2 tbs
  15. Yeast. 1/2 tsp
  16. Oil 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. ACTIVATE 1 TSP YEAST IN WARM WATER.
  2. BOIL 1/3 CUP OF PUMPKIN.
  3. MASH IT.
  4. ADD 150 GM FLOUR WITH 1/3 CUP OF MASHED PUMPKIN.
  5. ADD 1/2 TSP SUGAR.
  6. ADD 1/2 TBS POWDER MILK.
  7. ADD 1/4 TSP SALT.
  8. ADD 1 TSP OIL.
  9. ADD HALF OF ACTIVATED YEAST.
  10. MIX WELL.
  11. MAKE A SOFT & SMOOTH DOUGH.
  12. WHITE DOUGH: TRANSFER 120 GM FLOUR IN A BOWL.
  13. ADD 1 TSP OIL.
  14. ADD 1/2 TBS POWDER MILK.
  15. ADD 1/2 TSP SUGAR.
  16. ADD 1/4 TSP SALT.
  17. ADD REST OF ACTIVATED YEAST.
  18. MIX WELL.
  19. ADD 1 TSP WARM MILK.
  20. KNEADING WELL MAKE A SMOOTH & SOFT DOUGH.
  21. REST WHITE & YELLOW DOUGH FOR 30 MINUTES IN COVERED.
  22. THESE ARE WHITE& YELLOW DOUGH.
  23. PUNCH THE DOUGH.
  24. ROLL OUT WHITE DOUGH.
  25. ROLL OUT YELLOW DOUGH.
  26. BRUSH OIL ON YELLOW DOUGH.
  27. PUT WHITE ONE ON TOP OF YELLOW ONE.
  28. BRUSH OIL ON WHITE ONE.
  29. ROLL IT ALL UP.
  30. CUT INTO EVEN PORTION.
  31. MAKE AN INDENT WITH A STICK & JOIN TWO ENDS TOGETHER.
  32. REST AGAIN PUMPKIN BUNS FOR 25 MINUTES IN COVERED.
  33. PLACE BUNS IN A STEAMER.
  34. STEAM THEM FOR 15 MINUTES.
  35. STEAMED PUMPKINS BUNS ARE READY.
  36. NOW ENJOY....
