This indo chop suey in blanket surprise.....is so colourful and coloured with out any kind of artificial colours.i collect some ripend fteash poi/ bassila seeds fl& make my own organic food colour.i arrange this chop suey....a princess is sleeping,... with an omelet blanket. .

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Food colour : Basella-poi seeds. 1&@/2 tbs
  2. Water. 1 tbs
  3. Chop suey:
  4. Noodles cake 1
  5. Oil 1/2 tbs
  6. Red chilli whole. 2
  7. Onion. 1&1/2 tbs
  8. Garlic. 1 tsp
  9. Chat massala. 1 tsp
  10. Shredded ginger. 1 tsp
  11. Chicken cubes. 1/3 cup
  12. Salt. 1 tsp
  13. Capsicum chopped. 1/3 cup
  14. Chopped tomatoes. 1/2 cup
  15. Shredded ginger. 1 tsp
  16. Chopped green chilli. 2
  17. Roasted peanuts. 1 tbs
  18. Pomegranate seeds. 2 tbs
  19. Omlete: onion. 1/2tbs
  20. Shredded chilli. 1
  21. Salt 1/2 tsp
  22. Green coriander leaves 1 tsp
  23. Egg 1
  24. Flour. 1/2 tbs
  25. Oil 1 tsp
  26. For garnishing. 1 boiled egg

Instructions

  1. TAKE 1&1/2 TBS RIPPED POI SEEDS/ BASSILLA SEEDS.
  2. MASH WITH HANDS.
  3. ADD 1&1/2 TBS WATER.
  4. REMOVE SEEDS.
  5. IN SUFFICIENT BOILING WATER ADD 1NOODLS CAKE.
  6. BOIL UNTIL IT GETS DAINTY& STRAIN IT.
  7. IN A HEATED PAN ADD 1/2 TBS OIL.
  8. ADD 2 WHOLE CHILLIES.
  9. ADD 1 TSP SHREDDED GARLIC.
  10. ADD 1&1/2 TBS CHOPPED ONION.
  11. ADD 1/2 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER.
  12. ADD 1/2 TSP CORIANDER POWDER.
  13. ADD 1/4 CUP CHICKEN CUBES.
  14. ADD 1 TSP SALT.
  15. ADD 1/3 CUP CHOPPED POTATO.
  16. ADD 1/3 CUP CHOPPED CAPSICUM
  17. ADD 1/2 CUP CHOPPED TOMATOES.
  18. ADD 1 TSP SHREDDED GINGER.
  19. ADD BOILED NOODLES & STIR WELL.
  20. ADD 2 CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES.
  21. ADD BASSILA COLOUR.
  22. ADD 1 TBS PEANUTS.
  23. ADD 1&1/2 TSP CHAAT MASSALA.
  24. ADD 2 TBS POMEGRANATE SEEDS.
  25. MIX EVERYTHING VERT WELL.
  26. BASSILA COLOURED LNDO CHOP SUEY IS READY.
  27. IN A SMALL BOWL TAKE 1/2 TBS SHREDDED ONION.
  28. ADD 1 CHOPPED CHILLI.
  29. 1 TSP GREEN CORIANDER LEAVES.
  30. ADD 1/2 TSP SALT.
  31. MIX WELL.
  32. ADD 1 LARGE EGG.
  33. ADD 1/2 TBS FLOUR
  34. MIX WELL.
  35. HEAT 1 TSP OIL & POUR EGG MIXTURE.
  36. MAKE OMELET.
  37. TRANSFER CHOP SUEY ON A SERVING PLATE.
  38. COVERED IT WITH OMELET BLANKET.
  39. MAKE A SLEEPING BEAUTY WITH BOILED EGG.
  40. MAKE HAIR WITH BOILED NOODLES.
  41. GARNISH BLANKET WITH SOME POMEGRANATE SEEDS.
  42. SPRINKLE SOME GREEN CHILLI.
  43. ADD FRIED TRD CHILLI.
  44. GARNISHING IS COMPLETE.
  45. ENJOY CHOP SUEY SURPRISE IN OMELET..... BLANKET.....
