  1. vetki fish finger fillet 10
  2. Bread crumbs
  3. Garlic 4 Cloves
  4. Ginger 1/2 "
  5. Egg 1
  6. kasundi/ mustard paste 1 tspn
  7. floure 1 tblspn
  8. Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  9. Green chilly 4
  10. pepper powder 1 tspn
  11. Lime juice
  12. Refined oil
  13. Salt

Instructions

  1. ADD SALT AND LIME JUICE TO FISH
  2. MIX,KEEP ASIDE
  3. GRIND CORIANDER, GREEN CHILLY,GINGER,GARLIC TOA SMOOTH PASTE
  4. TAKE THIS PASTE IN A BOWL
  5. ADD FLOUR,LIME JUICE, PEPPER POWDER
  6. KASUNDI AND EGG
  7. ADD SALT & MIX,YOU NEED HALF OF THIS MIXTURE, KEEP HALF OF THIS MIXTURE ASIDE
  8. ADD THE FILLETS TO THE REMAINING MIXTURE & KEEP IN FREEZE FOR 15/20 MIN
  9. KEEP OUT,ROLL ON THE BREAD CRUMBS,MAKE FINGERS
  10. SHAPE THEM USING KNIFE
  11. KEEP IN FREEZE FOR 15 MIN TO SET
  12. NOW FRY IN HOT OIL AT MEDIUM FLAME
  13. SERVE HOT
