Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Lady finger 500 grm
  2. Rad chilli powder 1/2 tablespoon
  3. Turmeric powder 1/2 tablespoon
  4. Coriander powder 1/2 tablespoon
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Aamchur powder 1/2 tablespoon
  7. Oil to fry

Instructions

  1. Wash lady fingers and keep aside. Soak all ladyfingers n slit from middle. Mix red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, aamchur powder and salt and mix well.
  2. Put masala in ladyfingers one bye one and keep aside. Take a kadhai and put oil in that . After oil is hot put all ladyfingers in kadhai and fry till crisp. Serve hot with dal and rice.
