Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Fish 4 to 5 pieces
  2. Mustard seed 3/4 teaspoon
  3. Garlic 5 to 6 cloves
  4. Mustard oil 5 tablespoon
  5. Green chili 1
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
  9. Onion 1 (chopped)
  10. Tamato 1(chopped)
  11. Green chili 1

Instructions

  1. Clean the fish.marinate it with salt & turmeric powder.keep aside
  2. In a grinder jar put mustard seed,cumin seed,green chili & garlic cloves & make a fine paste.
  3. In a pan pour mustard oil & fry the marinated fish till golden brown.
  4. Put some mustard seed in the pan.add chopped onion & tomato fry till its golden brown.
  5. Then add mustard paste & fry it for 5 minutes.then immediately add 4 tsp water & let it boil.
  6. Then add the fried fish & cook till all masala get mixed well.
