Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Cooking oil 3 tsp
  2. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  3. Grated coconut 1 cup
  4. Chopped ginger 1/4 cup
  5. Red chilli 3-4
  6. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Jaggery 1 lemon sized
  9. Tamarind gooseberry sized
  10. Water

Instructions

  1. HEAT 2 TSP OIL
  2. FRY RED CHILLI 3-4
  3. FRY TILL CRISPY
  4. FRY 1/4 CUP GINGER TILL TENDER
  5. ADD GOOSEBERRY SIZED TAMARIND
  6. FRY COCONUT, TURN OFF THE FLAME
  7. TURMERIC POWDER 1/4 TSP
  8. SALT 1 TSP
  9. TRANSFER INTO MIXIE JAR
  10. ADD WATER AND GRIND SMOOTHLY
  11. ADD JAGGERY AND GRIND
  12. FOR SEASONING HEAT OIL, ADD MUSTARD
  13. TRANSFER GROUND CHUTNEY, MIX WELL AND SERVE
