Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup sabudana
  2. 1 heaped cup potatoes cubed or 7 medium potatoes
  3. ¼ cup peanuts
  4. 1 tbsp. chopped coriander leaves
  5. ½ tsp cumin/ jeera
  6. 4 to 5green chilies chopped
  7. powdered rock salt as needed
  8. Pomegranate

Instructions

  1. WASH AND SOAK 1CUP SABUDANA. WASH IT PROPERLY
  2. SOKED SABUDANA IN WATER FOR ABOUT 2 TO 4 HOURS.
  3. DRAIN UP THE WATER COMPLETELY. THEY DOUBLE IN SIZE AFTER SOAKING.
  4. 5-6 MEDIUM SIZED POTATOES.BOIL THEM
  5. BOIL POTATOES IS READY.
  6. PEEL THE SKIN
  7. MASH THEM.
  8. TO THE BOWL OF SABUDANA, MASHED POTATO
  9. JEERA, CHOPPED GREEN CHILIES, 
  10. CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES
  11. ADD GROUND PEANUTS.. MIX IT WELL
  12. MAKE A SOFT DOUGH
  13. MAKE A BALLS GENTLY TO GIVE THE SHAPE OF A VADA
  14. HEAT OIL IN A PAN. DEEP FRY THEM.
  15. FRY UNTIL GOLDEN ON BOTH THE SIDES.
