The never to let go Vada -Sabudana Vada!! Yummy fried stuff.Potato and sabudana with crunch of roasted peanuts with the punch of green chillies. It is a delicious combination.

Soak sabudana at least over night if making next morning
Soak in just enough water to cover the sabudana.
Half an hour before making., the mix of Vadas, boil potatoes cool them
Peel the potatoes keep aside
Roast peanuts dry and discard the rubbed skin
Crush peanuts coarsely
Chop green chllies fine
Mash potatoes in a bowl
Add sabudana squeezing water. Add to mashed potatoes
Add salt and green chillies
Add the crushed peanuts
Add chopped corriander
Mash all very well into a dough
Grease your palms and make portions of the mash into balls
Flatten these balls into tikki shape
Heat oil in deep kadai
As oil heats well , start dropping in to fry on medium heat
Fry Golden not brown, enjoy frying
Serve hot.
