  1. Beetroot - 1
  2. Coked rice -1 cup
  3. Salt - to taste
  4. Oil - 2 spoon
  5. Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
  6. Ural dhaall - 1/2 tsp
  7. Green chilly - 2
  8. Coriander leaves fir garnishing

Instructions

  1. HEAT OIL IN A PAN ADD MUSTARD SEEDS, URALDHALL
  2. ADD GREEN CHILLY , CHOPPED ONION AND SALT SAUTE TILL IT TURNS GLOSSY
  3. ADD STEAMED BEETROOT
  4. STIR FRY FOR 5 MIN
  5. ADD COOKED RICE, MIX WELL
  6. MIX WELL SAUTE FOR 2 MINS THE FLAME SHOULD BE ON SIM
  7. Now the healthy , easy, lunch is ready
