Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Rice aval or poha-250 gm
  2. Sugar -200 gm
  3. Beetroot -100 gm
  4. Milk-1ltr
  5. Elaichi powder -2 teaspoon
  6. Ghee-200ml

Instructions

  1. Boil the milk to thick considency. Leave it to cool .
  2. Peel and Finely grate beetroot
  3. Heat pan add two spoon ghee then add poha or aval. Heat till that aroma come. Grind it roughly and add to milk stir fine
  4. Heat pan add half of ghee.When it become heated add beetroot. Saute it till raw smell goes.
  5. Then add poha mix, stir continuously, if want add some milk
  6. It comes thick considency, add sugar,extra ghee, elaichi powder
  7. Stir continuesly till becomes non sticky in pan. Allow it cool
  8. Now how you want any shapes, decorative for your creativity
