Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup soaked ragi
  2. 2 cup whole wheat
  3. Water
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1/4 cup ghee

Instructions

  1. OVERNIGHT SOAKED AND DRAINED RAGI AND WHOLE WHEAT
  2. ADD SALT AND WATER, GRIND SMOOTHLY IN MIXER GRINDER
  3. TRANSFER THE BATTER INTO A VESSEL, ADD SUFFICIENT WATER, IT SHOULDN'T BE WATERY
  4. MIX WELL, CHECK THE THICKNESS
  5. POUR LADDLE FULL OF BATTER ON HOT TAWA, SPREAD IT FROM CENTER TO THE SIDE IN CIRCULAR MOTION
  6. CLOSE THE LID AND COOK IN MEDIUM FLAME, OPEN AFTER 2 MINUTES, THEN DRIZZLE SOME GHEE
  7. EASE OUT DOSA WITH SPATULA AND FLIP IT OVER ANOTHER SIDE, COOK FOR 1 MINUTE OVER MEDIUM FLAME
  8. TRANSFER TO A SERVING PLATE AND SERVE.
