Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mushroom 200 gms
  2. Green peas 100 gms
  3. Onion 1 finely chopped
  4. Tomato 1 finely chopped
  5. Green chilly 1
  6. Ginger 1/2 inch
  7. Garlic 3 pods
  8. Curry leaves few
  9. Coconut a small bit
  10. Fennel seeds 1/2 tsp
  11. Cashews 2-3
  12. Poppy seeds/khuskhus1/2 tsp
  13. Mutton masala 1 tablespoon
  14. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  15. Salt accordingly
  16. Oil 20 ml
  17. Coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions

  1. CHOP 1 ONION,TOMATO AND GREEN CHILLY. CRUSH 1/2INCH GINGER AND 2 PODS GARLIC COARSELY
  2. CHOP 200 GMS OF MUSHROOMS
  3. TAKE 100 GMS FROZEN/FRESH GREEN PEAS
  4. TAKE 1 TABLESPOON MUTTON MASALA
  5. IN A BLENDER PUT A BIT OF COCONUT,1/2 TSP SAUNF/FENNEL,SOAKED CASHEWS AND POPPY SEEDS 1 TABLESPOON
  6. GRIND IT TO A FINE PASTE
  7. IN A KADAI ADD 20 ML OIL
  8. ADD THE GINGER,GARLIC GREEN CHILLY AND CURRY LEAVES
  9. SAUTE WELL
  10. ADD THE CHOPPED ONIONS AND SAUTE TILL IT TURNS PINK
  11. ADD SALT ACCORDINGLY,1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER AND CHOPPED TOMATOES
  12. STIR WELL AND COOK COVERED FOR 5 MINUTES TILL THE TOMATO TURNS MUSHY
  13. NOW THE TOMATO IS COOKED WELL
  14. ADD 1 TABLESPOON MUTTON MASALA POWDER
  15. ADD THE CHOPPED MUSHROOMS
  16. STIR WELL SO THAT THE MASALAIS COATED WELL
  17. ADD THE GROUND PASTE
  18. ADD LITTLE WATER AND COOK FOR 2 MINUTES
  19. ADD THE GREEN PEAS
  20. STIR WELL AND COOK COVERE FOR 5 MORE MINUTES
  21. ADD CORIANDER LEAVES.MUSHROOM GREEN PEAS MASALA IS READY TO BE PACKED FOR LUNCH WITH ROTI/RICE/DOSA
