Its a very easy & fast lunchbox recipe.I have made it with leftover rice but fresh rice also can be used.

  1. Cooked rice...1cup
  2. Nutrela mini chunk...50gm
  3. Chopped onion...2
  4. ginger garlic paste...1
  5. Chopped tomato...1
  6. Turmeric powder...1tspn
  7. Red chilli powder...1tspn
  8. cumin powder...1tspn
  9. coriander powder...1tspn
  10. Cumin seeds...1tspn
  11. Garam masala...1tspn
  12. Ghee...1tspn

Instructions

  1. BOIL 50GM MINI NUTRELA IN HOT WATER FOR 5MINS
  2. SQUEEZE OUT EXCESS WATER
  3. HEAT OIL, ADD 1TSPN CUMIN SEEDS & 1 CHOPPED ONION. LET IT COOK FOR FEW SEC.
  4. ADD 1TSPN GINGER GARLIC PASTE & 1 CHOPPED TOMATO.
  5. COVER IT & LET IT COOK FOR 5 TO 7 MINS.
  6. ADD 1TSPN EACH CUMIN POWDER, CORIANDER POWDER, RED CHILLI & TURMERIC.
  7. ADD CHOPPED POTATO & BOILED NUTRELA.
  8. ADD GARAM MASALA POWDER & HOT WATER. LET IT COOK FOR MORE 10 MINS.
  9. ADD 1 CUP COOKED RICE.
  10. ADD 1FRIED SOFT ONION & 1TSPN GHEE.
