Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Soybean 150 gm.
  2. Onion 1 chopped.
  3. Ginger 2 tbsp chopped.
  4. Garlic 2 tbsp chopped.
  5. Tomato 1 chopped
  6. Green chilli 1 chopped.
  7. White cumin seeds 1 tsp.
  8. Bay leaf 1.
  9. Turmeric powder 2 tbsp.
  10. Red chilli powder 2 tbsp.
  11. Salt as needed.
  12. Chat masala 1 tbsp .
  13. Refined oil 1/2 cup.

Instructions

  1. Soak soybean overnight.
  2. Pressure cook the soaked soybean till they are soft.
  3. Heat oil in a pan.
  4. Add cumin seed & bayleaf.
  5. Add ginger & garlic & saute it.
  6. After they turn golden brown, add onion .
  7. Add tomatoes & cook for 2 minutes.
  8. Add salt , turmeric & red chilli powder & soybeans & cook for 5 minutes.
  9. Add 2 cups of water in it & cook on medium flame for 10 minutes.
  10. Sprinkle chaat masala over the soybeans & serve hot.
