Soak the soybean chunks in hot water for 15 minutes. Now drain the excess water, squeeze the chunks and set them aside to get dry.
Now add salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, chat masala, garam masala, garlic, ginger paste and corn flour to the chunks.
Now heat some oil in a pan, deep fry the soy chunks in them.
Garnish with some curry leaves and serve hot.
