Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Alu Vadi leaves - 3-4
  2. Gram flor - 1cup
  3. Rice flor - 2/3tablepsoon
  4. Salt - As required
  5. Turmeric powder - 1/2tablespoon
  6. Redchillie powder - 1/2tablespoon
  7. Cumin powder - 1/2tablepsoon
  8. Water - 3/4cup

Instructions

  1. Wash the alu vadi leaves and keep it aside.
  2. In a bowl take gram flor and rice flor add all the powders to it add water and salt and mix it well.
  3. Apply a thin layer of this paste to the leaves than role the leaves and cut it.
  4. Then steam this vadis in an idli steamer.
