Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup soya chunks
  2. 1 potato diced
  3. 1 onion chopped
  4. 1 tomato chopped
  5. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  6. 2 green chillies chopped
  7. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  8. 1.5 tsp red chilli powder
  9. 2 tsp coriander powder
  10. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  11. 1 tsp cumin seed
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Coriander leaves chopped

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a pan. Add salt. Now boil soya chunks in the water. Fir 7 8 min. Drain and keep aside
  2. In a pan heat 2 tbsp oil. Add cumin seeds. Add onions and ginger garlic paste saute till golden.
  3. Add tomato and green chillies. Saute for 2 to 3 min.
  4. Add turmeric, red chilli powder and coriander powder. Saute for 1 min
  5. Add salt.. mix well. Cook for 2 to 3 min
  6. Add potatoes. Add 2 tbsp water. Mix well. Cover amd cook till potatoes are soft.
  7. Now add the soya chunks. Mix well with masala. Cook for 2 to 3 min
  8. Add 1 cup water. Cover and cook for 7 to 8 min.
  9. Add garam masala and coriander leaves. Mix well.
  10. Serve hot
