Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Onion 1 (Chopped in big pieces)
  2. Mashrooms 1 cup (blanched and sliced)
  3. Garlic red chilli paste 1 tbsp
  4. Curd 2 tbsp
  5. Cumin 1 tsp
  6. Turmeric powder 1 tep
  7. Coriender powder 1 tsp
  8. Kasurimethi 1 tsp
  9. Boiled peas 1 cup
  10. Milk 1 cup
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Water as required
  13. Tomato garlic paste 1/2 cup
  14. Oil 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. MARINATE CHOPPED MASHROOMS WITH GARLIC RED CHILLI AND SALT PASTE AND CURD BEFORE 15 MINUTES.
  2. FRY CHOPPED ONION IN PRE-HEATED OIL ,ADD CUMIN AND KASURIMETHI.
  3. KEEP OUT FRIED ONION AND MIX THESE FRIED ONION PIECES WITH THE MARINATED MASHROOMS.
  4. IN THAT LEFTOVER OIL AGAIN ADD CUMIN,TURMERIC POWDER AND TOMATO PASTE.
  5. COOK TILL IT START LEAVING OIL.
  6. ADD CORIENDER POWDER AND HALF CUP OF MILK.
  7. AFTER 1 MINUTE ADD BOILED PEAS AND MARINATED MASHROOMS.
  8. MIX WELL,ADD SALT AND WATER .
  9. COOK WELL ON A LOW FLAME.
  10. WHEN IT START GETTING TEMPING RED COLOUR... THE CURRY IS READY TO SERVE.
