Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled mashed potatoes -4-5
  2. Chopped onion-1
  3. Boiled sem -1.5 cups
  4. Tomatoes -2 large
  5. Chopped ginger -1 tbs
  6. Chopped Coriander leaves
  7. Chopped green chillies -4-5
  8. Chaat masala -1.5 tsp
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Cumin powder -1/2 tsp
  11. Musturd seeds -1 tsp
  12. Musturd Oil -3 tbs
  13. For paratha
  14. Dough 1/2 cup
  15. Oil

Instructions

  1. APPLY OIL
  2. ROAST TOMATOES FOR 5-7 MINUTES
  3. TAKE OUT IN NORMAL WATER AND PEEL OUT THE SKIN
  4. MASH PROPERLY
  5. BOILED POTATOES (4-5)
  6. BOILED SEM
  7. MASHED
  8. CHOPPED ONIONS (1 LARGE)
  9. CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES (HANDFUL)
  10. CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES (4-5)
  11. CHOPPED GINGER(1 TBS)
  12. SALT TO TASTE
  13. CUMIN POWDER (1/2 TSP)
  14. CHAAT MASALA (1-1.5 TSP)
  15. MIX
  16. MUSTURD OIL(2 TBS)
  17. MUSTURD SEEDS (1 TSP)
  18. ADD THIS INTO MIXING BOWL
  19. MIX WELL
  20. 1 TBS RAW MUSTURD OIL(OPTIONAL)
  21. AGAIN MIX
  22. TAKE SMALL PART OF DOUGH
  23. ROLL OUT AND APPLY SOME OIL
  24. DUST WITH FLOUR
  25. ROLL OUT
  26. KEEP ON TAWA
  27. TURN
  28. APPLY SOME OIL
  29. TURN
  30. ROAST ON LOW-MEDIUM HEAT
  31. LUNCH IS READY
