Aalu ka paratha is a traditional breakfast in India, specially in North India. People are crazy for it.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Boiled potatoes 6
  2. Green chillis 6-7
  3. Green coriander 2 spoon
  4. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  5. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  6. Salt 2 tsp
  7. Wheat flour

Instructions

  1. Peel off the potatoes
  2. Mash the potatoes with the help of fork
  3. Finely chop green chilis and coriander.
  4. Add all the spices and mix well.
  5. Make a soft dough with wheat flour.
  6. Make small balls with dough
  7. Put 1-2 spoon stuffing in the center and seal with the sides.
  8. Gentley roll with the rolling pin
  9. Put it on hot tawa
  10. After 2 minutes flip it
  11. After 2 minutes place ghee /oil on it and flip it.
  12. Place oil on other side.
  13. Roast till golden red and crispy
  14. Serve hot with butter and chutney.
