Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 200 gram mushroom
  2. 2 onion finely chopped
  3. 1/2 cup tomato puree
  4. 1/4 cup fresh cream
  5. 1/2 cup water
  6. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  7. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  8. 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  9. 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  10. 2 cardamom
  11. 3 cloves
  12. 1 inch cinnamon stick
  13. Sat to taste
  14. Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions

  1. HEAT OIL IN ROUND BOTTOM PAN
  2. ADD 1/2 TSP CUMIN SEEDS, 2 CARDAMOM, 3 CLOVES, 1 INCH CINNAMON STICK
  3. 1 GREEN CHILLI FINELY CHOPPED
  4. ADD 2 LARGE ONION AND FRY ON MEDIUM HEAT TILL THE ONION ARE TRANSLUCENT
  5. ADD 1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER, 1/2 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER, 1/2 TSP CUMIN POWDER
  6. ADD 1 TSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE AND FRY IT FOR 5 MINUTES
  7. ADD 1/2 CUP TOMATO PUREE
  8. ADD 1/2 CUP GREEN PEAS MIX WELL ,COVER AND LET IT COOK TILL THE OIL START LEAVING THE SIDES
  9. ADD 200 GRAM CHOPPED MUSHROOM, MIX WELL
  10. COVER IT AND COOK FOR 10 MINUTES
  11. ADD SALT TO TASTE AND 1/2 CUP OF WATER
  12. MIX WELL AND COOK OVER A MEDIUM FLAME FOR 10 MINUTES
  13. ADD 1/4 CUP FRESH CREAM, MIX AND AGAIN COOK FOR 5 MINUTES
  14. GARNISH WITH CHOPPED FRESH CORIANDER LEAVES
  15. SERVE HOT
  16. ENJOY WITH CHAPATI OR PARTHA
