Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Leftover fenugreek leaves salad 1 cup
  2. Ghee 2 tsp
  3. Garlic Cloves 5-6
  4. Jaggery syrup 1 tsp
  5. Green chilli 1
  6. Tamarind syrup 1 tsp
  7. Buttermilk 1/2 cup
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Cumin powder 1 tsp
  10. Grated coconut 1 cup
  11. turmeric powder a pinch
  12. For seasoning...
  13. Cooking oil 1 tsp
  14. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  15. Curry leaves few

Instructions

  1. HEAT GHEE AND FRY GARLIC
  2. ADD GREEN CHILLI AND LEFTOVER FENUGREEK LEAVES SALAD
  3. FRY TILL TENDER AND ADD SALT, CUMIN POWDER AND TURMERIC POWDER
  4. ADD GRATED COCONUT AND STIR FRIED FENUGREEK LEAVES SALAD
  5. JAGGERY SYRUP AND TAMARIND SYRUP
  6. BUTTERMILK
  7. GRIND SMOOTHLY
  8. DO SEASONING
  9. ADD CURRY LEAVES AND POUR CHUTNEY, TURN OFF THE FLAME AND SERVE
