Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Ghee 3 tsp
  2. Sabudan 1 cup
  3. Leftover sugar syrup 2 cup
  4. Leftover coconut milk 2 cup
  5. Cashews few
  6. Crushed cardamom powder 1 tsp
  7. Water
  8. A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. HEAT 2 TSP GHEE AND FRY SABUDAN
  2. FRY TILL GOOD AROMA IN LOW FLAME
  3. ADD INTO BOILING WATER, LET IT BE COOK SMOOTH IN LOW FLAME, STIR OCCASIONALLY
  4. ADD LEFTOVER SUGAR SYRUP OF JALEBIS
  5. ADD A PINCH OF SALT, POUR SUGAR SYRUP AND STIR
  6. ADD LEFTOVER COCONUT MILK
  7. CRUSHED CARDAMOM
  8. BRING IT TO BOIL AND ADD RAISINS
  9. FRY CASHEWS BY ADDING GHEE
  10. ADD FRIED CASHEWS AND SERVE
