Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Left over sugar syrup
  2. 1 tsp cardamom powder if not there in the syrup
  3. Wheat flour just enough according to the sugar syrup
  4. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Take the sugar syrup in a big mixing bowl... Add the cardamom powder if required
  2. Add the wheat flour till the mixture turns into a thick dough just like for puris...
  3. Take small dough balls... Roll it to make puris of about 4-5 inches and little thicker then the plain puris...
  4. Fry in a heated oil till both sides turn nice golden brown in colour...
  5. Meethi puris are ready to serve.. These puris can easily be stored for about a couple of days...
