Grind mutton kebab in a grinder to get a keema like texture.
There are enough spices and salt in the kebab so there is no needto add any thing extra.
Now take maida in a bowl,add soda bi carb,baking powder,salt,sugar and curd.mix well to get a crumbled texture.
Add water little by little,and make a soft dough.
Knead for8_10 minutes.
Apply oil over dough and cover with a muslin cloth.
Leave for about 2hours.
Now dough is about double of its size,knead with light hands again.
Divide dough into 6 equall parts.
Divide mutton stuffing also into 6parts.
Bake ball of each maida portion ,stuff with mutton stuffing.
Apply some coriander leaves and both types of sesame seeds over maida ball.
Roll with rolling pin lightly.
Meanwhile heat the tawa on high flame.
Wet onother side of kulcha with water.
Put on heated tawa with wet side below.
Cook about 1minute.
Turn tawa down on high flame till kulcha is golden.
Apply 1tea spoon butter on upper surface.
Serve with choley or a curry of your choice.
