Green colour rice by leftover methi leaves chutney and leftover rice. Good in taste, it attracts the kids.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Leftover rice 1 cup
  2. Leftover methi leaves chutney 1/2 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Groundnut few
  5. Cooking oil 2 tsp
  6. Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  7. Curry leaves few

Instructions

  1. HEAT OIL
  2. ADD GROUNDNUT AND FRY
  3. ADD CURRY LEAVES AND LEFTOVER METHI LEAVES CHUTNEY
  4. SALT TO TASTE AND GARAM MASALA POWDER
  5. ADD LEFTOVER RICE AND MIX WELL, SWITCH OFF AND SERVE.
