Yesterday here is party in house .teo things are left daal and biryani.so i make daal kachauries today and instead of fry i bake them.very little spices are required because tadka daal already have spices.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 2 cup Left over tadka daal
  2. 1 green chilli
  3. Salt as per required
  4. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  5. 1 tsp garam masala
  6. Coriander leaves
  7. 1 cup maida
  8. Salt
  9. 2 tbsp oil
  10. Water for dough

Instructions

  1. TAKE A PAN AND ADD DAAL
  2. COOK IT IN MEDIUM FLAME AND REGULAR STIR IT
  3. NOW ADD CHILLI AND CORIANDER LEAVES
  4. NOW ADD SOME SALT AND CHILLI POWDER OR GARAM MASALA BECAUSE DAAL ALSO HAVE LOT OF FLAVOURS AND MASALAS
  5. MIX ALL OF THEM AND COOK TILL IT BECOME THICK
  6. NOW TAKE MAIDA IN A BOWL ADD OIL AND SALT
  7. ADD CARROM SEEDS
  8. AND WITH WATER MAKE DOUGH
  9. LEAVE IT FOR 10 MIN..THEN FILL WITH DAAL MASALA
  10. AND MAKE KACHAURIS
  11. PREHEAT OVAN AND GREASE BAKING TRAY
  12. GREASE KACHAURIS ALSO BAKE THEM FOR 25 MIN ON 180 DEGREE
  13. OUR KACHAURIS ARE READY
  14. SERVE THEM WITH IMLI AND GREEN CHUTNEY
  15. WE CAN FRY THEM BUT WE BAKE THEM SO THESE ARE HEALTHY ALSO
