Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Tuar daal -1cup
  2. Termeric powder .1tsp.
  3. Salt as u like to have
  4. Tamatoes -2chopped
  5. Grlic-3cloves chopped
  6. Onion 1chopped
  7. Green chilli 1-2chopped
  8. Jeera 1tsp
  9. Bay leaf 1
  10. Degimirch 1tsp
  11. Sabut Lal mirrch 2
  12. curry leaves
  13. Coriender 1tbs
  14. Ghee 1tbs

Instructions

  1. Put tuar daal in a cooker add termeric powder,salt Nd boil.
  2. In a wok heat ghee.add jeera,garlic,onion ....fry it till golden brown.den add tomatoes Nd cook till it convert in a paste.
  3. Add spices Nd salt add daal in it cook till it boils.pour it in a serving bowl add coriender.u can serve it with roti or rice.
