Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Moong daal 1/2 cup
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Turmeric powder 1/2 spoon
  4. Red chilly powder 1 spoon
  5. Chana daal 1/4 cup
  6. Green chilly chopped 2
  7. Garlic paste 1 spoon
  8. Ginger paste 1/2 spoon
  9. Garam masala powder 1/2 spoon
  10. Oil 2 spoon
  11. Ghee 1 spoon
  12. Cumin seeds 1/2 spoon
  13. Mustard seeds 1/2 spoon
  14. Asafoetida a pinch

Instructions

  1. Take a daal .boil it
  2. Then take a pan add oil and cumin seeds,mustard seeds, Asafoetida
  3. Then add ginger, garlic and chilly paste
  4. Then add daal mix well
  5. Then add salt and Garam masala
  6. Stirring it well so masala dissolved in it
  7. Then serve hot
