Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Rava 1 cup
  2. Milk 1-1.5 cup
  3. Grated coconut 1 cup
  4. Sugar/brown sugar 3-4 tbsp
  5. cardamon powder 1 tsp
  6. Ghee 1 tbsp
  7. Cashews required

Instructions

  1. DRY ROAST 1 CUP RAVA TILL YOU GET GOOD AROMA
  2. TRANSFER TO A PLATE. ADD 1-1.5 CUP MILK
  3. MIX WELL AND LEAVE FOR 5 MINUTES
  4. GREASE STEAMER PLATE WITH GHEE
  5. ADD RAVA DOUGH
  6. STEAM COOK FOR 10 MINUTES ON MEDIUM FLAME
  7. USE FORK TO CRUMBLE COOKED RAVA
  8. ADD 1 TSP CARDAMON POWDER AND 1 CUP COCONUT
  9. ADD 3-4 TBPS SUGAR
  10. ADD ROASTED CASHEW AND GHEE. MIX GENTLY
