Made this appetizer for the party ,it's so simple to make and looks attractive.Crunchy baskets with veggie filling taste so yummy.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Spring roll sheets 12No.
  2. Oil 1 1/2 Tbsp
  3. Garlic cloves crushed 3No.
  4. Carrots chopped 1/4 cup
  5. Sweet corn. 1/4 cup
  6. Peas 1/4 cup
  7. Mixed bell peppers. 1/2 cup
  8. Soy sauce. 2Tbsp
  9. Chilli sauce 1 1/2Tsp
  10. Black pepper powder 1/2Tsp
  11. Green onion finely chopped. 1/4 cup
  12. Mushrooms chopped. 1/4cup
  13. Parsely leaves2Tbsp

Instructions

  1. ARRANGE ALL THE INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARING VEGGIE BASKETS.
  2. HEAT OIL IN A PAN.
  3. ADD CRUSHED GARLIC ,STIR AND COOK UNTIL IT TURNS LIGHT BROWN.
  4. ADD CARROT,PEAS, SWEET CORN AND STIR FRY FOR 2-3 MINUTES.
  5. NOW ADD GREEN ONIONS, MUSHROOMS,SOY SAUCE.
  6. ADD BLACK PEPPER,SALT AND MIX EVERYTHING WELL.COOK FOR 2-3 MINUTES.
  7. ADD CHILLI SAUCE AND MIX WELL.
  8. FILLING IS READY.KEEP ASIDE TO COOL DOWN.
  9. PREHEAT THE OVEN AT 175*C FOR 10 MINUTES.
  10. TAKE A TWO SPRING ROLL SHEETS.PLACE GENTLY IN EACH CAVITY OF MUFFIN PAN.
  11. PLACE EMPTY MUFFIN CUPS IN SPRING ROLL SHEETS,SO THAT BASKET RETAINS PERFECT SHAPE.
  12. LIKE THIS.
  13. PLACE MUFFIN TRAY IN PREHEATED OVEN AND BAKE BASKETS FOR 10-12 MINUTES.
  14. CAREFULLY REMOVE MUFFIN MOLDS FROM THE BASKETS AS THEY ARE CRISPY.
  15. LET THE BASKETS COOL SLIGHTLY.
  16. SPOON THE FILLING INTO BASKETS.
  17. GARNISH WITH PARSELY .
  18. VEGGIE BASKETS ARE READY TO SERVE.
