For baskets
Knead the dough using the ingredients mentioned above and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
Now divide the dough into 3 parts and roll into big thin rounds.
Now cut it into small circles with the help of cookie cutter and press it into tart moulds.
Deep fry in hot oil along with moulds in low to medium flame till the tarts get crispy and separated from moulds.
Keep it aside until use.
For stuffing
Heat oil in a pan.Add jeera,green chillies and ginger.Saute for 2-3 minutes.
Now on a low flame add all the masalas except salt and saute till fragrant.
Now add boiled potatoes to it.Mix well.
Add coriander leaves and lemon juice.Mix very well.
Keep the stuffing aside to cool.
Assembly
Fill the baskets with the stuffing and top it with little green chutney and tamarind chutney.
Top with some sev and finely chopped coriander and serve these samosa baskets immediately.
