Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Paneer 200 gms cut in cubes
  2. Capsicum 2 cut in cubes
  3. Onion 2cut in cubes
  4. hung curd 200 gms
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Red chilly powder 1tsp
  7. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Kitchen king masala 1tsp
  9. Green chilly crushed 1tsp
  10. Garlic crushed 1tsp
  11. Ginger crushed 1/2 tsp
  12. Oil for shallow fry
  13. 3Papad roasted and crushed

Instructions

  1. ADD 200 GMS HUNG CURD TO BOWL
  2. ADD 1TSP EACH GREENCHILLI ,GARLIC AND GINGER PASTE, RED CHILLI POWDER, TURMERIC POWDER 1/2TSP
  3. ADD 1TSP KITCHEN MASALA AND SALT TO TASTE
  4. MIX IT
  5. ADD PANNEER , ONIONS AND CAPSICUM CUBES
  6. COAT EVERYTHING PROPERLY
  7. COVER AND KEEP ASIDE FOR 1HOUR
  8. ROAST PAPAD FOR PAPAD CHURI
  9. CRUSH ROASTED PAPADS
  10. AFTER ONE HOUR REMOVE LID OF MARINATED PANEER
  11. GREASE GRILL TAWA WITH OIL
  12. COAT PANEER CAPSICUM AND ONION IN PAPAD CHURI AND INSERT IN TOOTHPICK
  13. MAKE ALL THE TIKKAS SAME WAY
  14. SHALLOW FRY ON GREASED TAWA ON MEDIUM HEAT
  15. DRIZZLE WITH OIL
  16. JUST ROTATE THEM AFTER 2-3 MINUTES
  17. AS THEY FRIED IN GOLDEN COLOUR SERVE THEM IN SERVING PLATE
