ABOUT Vegetarian Omelette RECIPE

This is vegetarian version of omelette. Its so soft and delicious like egg omelette. Do try this recipe and surprise your dear ones with vegetarian omelette.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Besan 1/2cup
  2. Refined flour 1/3cup
  3. Baking powder 1/2teaspoon
  4. Salt according to taste
  5. Water to make batter
  6. Black pepper 1/2teaspoon
  7. Finely chopped onion 1/2tablespoon
  8. Few chopped coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. ADD 1/2CUP BESAN, 1/4CUP REFINED FLOUR, 1/2 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER , 1/2TEASPOON SALT IN A BOWL.
  2. ADD 1/2TEASPOON BLACKPEPPER,1/2TABLESPOON FINELY CHOPPED ONION AND FEW CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES ALSO
  3. START ADDING LITTLE WATER AND MAKE BATTER OF POURING CONSISTENCY AS SHOWN.
  4. HEAT NON STICK DOSA TAWA AND GREASE IT. LOW THE FLAME AND POUR LADDLE FULL OF BATTER.
  5. SPREAD THE BATTER BY TILTING TAWA . DON'T USE ANY SPOON TO SPREAD. SOON BATTER WILL BECOME FLUFFY.
  6. WHEN BUBBLE APPEARS FLIP THE OMELETTE AND COOK ON OTHER SIDE TILL GOLDEN BROWN.
  7. TAKE OUT READY VEGETARIAN OMELETTE IN A PLATE AND SERVE WITH CHUTNEY OF YOUR CHOICE.
  8. ITS SO YUMMY AND SOFT . REALLY DELECTABLE.
