Iftaar parties are never complete without mutton dishes but this time i twisted a vegetarian dish n prepared vegetarian mutton to provide a lighter version.

First of all boil the jackfruit pieces with garlic cloves and a little salt in pressure cooker till they become tender.
Mix besan,salt, turmeric powder, Ginger garlic paste,water green chillies,sliced onions to make a thick paste.
Coat the boiled pieces of jackfruit with thick paste and fry till golden brown.
Repeat the procedure with all pieces.
Now grind all ingredients of curry to make a smooth paste.
Heat the oil and roast masala till it leaves oil and a nice aroma.
Add fried jackfruit pieces to the gravy.
Add 1 glass of water and boil for 10 minutes to reduce the water.
Serve hot with chapatis or rice and enjoy eating
