Heat a kadai and put together soaked chana dal and soya granules
Sprinkle some water and salt
Cover and cook , until the dal becomes little soft
When done switch off the gas and let it cool down completely
When it cools down then grind them in a mixer grinder
Keep all the ingredients at one place like chana dal soya mixture , chopped green chillies and ginger , mint powder with sesame seeds , garlic paste , salt , amchur , coriander and lotus stem sticks

In a mixer jar put together chana dal soya mixture , chopped lotus stem , chopped green chillies and ginger
Grind them nicely
Add little water and grind again , into a smooth mixture
Take out the mixture in a mixing bowl
Add garlic paste , amchur powder , mint powder with sesame seeds , salt and chopped coriander
Mix them nicely and make equal sized balls from the mixture
Flatten the ball in your palm
Place the lotus stem stick in the center
Cover it nicely from all the sides with the help of little water and give it a shape of a chop
Heat oil in a kadai for deep frying , first on high then make it medium
Slowly slide the ready chop in the hot oil and fry it , by turning it at regular intervals
Until it becomes brown
When done take it out by straining the excess oil
Take it out in an absorbant paper
In this way make all the chops
Arrange them in a serving plate with mint leaves on top
Serve with.onion rings , lemon slice , green chutney and tomato sauce
