Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Gobhi 1 small
  2. Peas 1/2 cup
  3. Garam Masala 1 tsp
  4. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  5. Coriander powder 1 tsp
  6. Jeera 1 tsp
  7. Heeng pinch
  8. Potatoes 2
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Oil 4 tbsp
  11. Onion 2
  12. Tomato 2
  13. Green chilli 1
  14. Gadlic clove 4

Instructions

  1. CUT 2 POTATOES AND 1 SMALL CAULIFLOWER.
  2. TAKE 2 ONIONS.. 2 TOMATOES.. 1 INCH GINGER.. 1 GREEN CHILLI.. 4 GARLIC CLOVE..
  3. PUREE IT.
  4. PUREE IS READY
  5. PUT 2 TBSP OF OIL IN A PAN . SAUTE CAULIFLOWER FLORETS.
  6. ADD POTATOES.
  7. COVER THE LID AND COOK FOR 4 MINUTES ON MEDIUM FLAME.
  8. ADD 1/2 CUP PEAS. AFTER 2 MINUTES.. TAKE THEM OUT.
  9. ADD 2 TBSP OF OIL IN A PAN. ADD A PINCH OF HEENG AND 1 TSP OF JEERA. ADD IN 1 TSP OF HALDI.
  10. ADD PUREE.
  11. ADD 1 TSP CORIANDER POWDER. 1 TSP GARAM MASALA AND 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  12. COOK FOR SOME TIME.
  13. ADD IN ALL VEGGIES. ADD LITTLE WATER.
  14. ADD SALT TO TASTE.
  15. GOBHI ALOO MATAR IS READY TO SERVE WITH ROTI.
