Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Cauliflower (gobhi) 1/2 kg
  2. Peas (matter) 250 grams
  3. onions 2 finely chopped
  4. garlic 5-6 cloves chopped
  5. grated tomatoes 2
  6. Green chili and coriander leaves for garnishing
  7. Dry spices : salt to taste , red chilli powder 1 tsp, turmeric powder 1 tsp, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp garam masala, kasoori methi 1 tsp,

Instructions

  1. Cut big pieces of Gobi.
  2. Heat mustard oil in a wok. Add chopped onion and garlic and cook for 10-25 minutes or until translucent.
  3. Add cauliflower (Gobi) florets in this and put all dry spices and saute well, add grated tomatoes and peas (matar) mix it well. Now keep the lid on wok, check and stir in intervals until it is cooked well.
  4. Garnish with coriander leaves and green chilies
