This is also called Methi masala bajra is kathiyawadi breakfast.fenugreek leavaes , bajri flore, gur, curd, sesame seeds , chilly garlicpaste and indian spices are use in this diah . Methi masala bajra has been made in winter .its very tasty with hot tea.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup bajra flour (millet)
  2. 1/2 cup fenugreek leaves ( methi patta)
  3. 1 tsp red chilly powder
  4. 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1,1/2 tsp curd
  7. 1 tsp Sesame seeds (til)
  8. 1 tsp chilly-Garlic paste
  9. 1 tsp jaggery
  10. Water as per need
  11. Oil for fry ,as per need

Instructions

  1. TAKE 1 CUP BAJRA FLOUR IN A MIXING BOWL.
  2. ADD FENUGREEK LEAVES, SESAME SEEDS
  3. NOW ADD 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER, 1/2 TSP TURMERIC, SALT
  4. THEN ADD 1TSP GARLIC-CHILLY PASTE
  5. NOW ADD 1,1/2TSP CURD
  6. NOW ADD 1TSP JAGGERY
  7. MIX AND KNEAD THE DOUGH WITH WATER
  8. MAKE BALL AND THEN ROTLA
  9. COOK AND FRY
  10. SERVE HOT
