  1. 1 Big Bunch palak finely chopped
  2. Oil 1 karchi
  3. Onion 1 medium sized (sliced)
  4. Green chillies 2-3 finely chopped
  5. Ginger julliens 1 tablespoon
  6. Crumbled paneer 500gm
  7. Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon (jeera)
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Red chillie powder 1/2 teaspoon
  10. Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon
  11. Turmeric 1/4 teaspoon
  12. Garam masala 1/2 teaspoon
  13. Water if needed (if it sticks to kadai)

Instructions

  1. INGREDIENTS USED
  2. TAKE KADAI, ADD OIL
  3. ADD SLICED ONIONS
  4. MAKE IT BROWNISH PINK, ADD CUMIN SEEDS (JEERA)
  5. ADD ALL DRY SPICES ALONG WITH SALT AND GARAM MASALA
  6. ADD CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES
  7. ADD GINGER JULLIENS
  8. ADD CRUMBLED PANEER
  9. MIX WELL
  10. ADD PALAK TO IT
  11. MIX FINELY AND KEEP STIRRING ON SIM FLAME
  12. SEE THE WATER CONTENT
  13. STILL BUBBLES ARE SEEN
  14. CLOSE WITH A PLATE/THAAL FOR ANOTHER FEW MINUTES
  15. OPEN THE LID AND CHECK, THE COLOUR OF PALAK HAS CHANGED WHEN THE OIL COMES OUT
  16. FINALLY THE DISH IS READY,TAKE OUT IN A SERVING PLATE,SERVE HOT
