ABOUT Paneer Lasagna with Achaari Ratatouille RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cottage cheese(Paneer), 150gram
  2. For Ratatouille-
  3. Onion, 1/2 cup, diced
  4. Tomato, 1/2 cup, diced
  5. Capsicum, 1/2 cup, diced
  6. Mushrooms, 3, diced
  7. Carrot, 1/2 cup, diced
  8. Garlic, 5-6 cloves
  9. Pickle masala, 2tsp
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Oil, 2tsp
  12. For veggie mixture
  13. Raisins(kishmish), 6-7
  14. Pistachio, 5-6
  15. Cashew, 4-5
  16. Walnuts, 1+1/2tsp chopped
  17. Potato, 1, boiled and broken
  18. Ginger, 1 inch piece
  19. Salt to taste
  20. Coriander powder, 1tsp
  21. Red chilli powder, 1tsp
  22. Other ingredients-
  23. Processed cheese, 1+1/2 cube
  24. Chilli flakes, 1/2tsp

Instructions

  1. ING-ONION,TOMATO,CAPSICUM,CARROT,PICKLE MASALA,SALT,CORIANDER&CHILLI PWD,MUSHROOM,GARLIC
  2. INGREDIENTS- WALNUTS,CASHEWS,PISTA,RAISINS,POTATO,GINGER
  3. PANEER AND PROCESSED CHEESE CUBE
  4. CUT THE PANEER INTO SLICES AND ADD SALT
  5. SPRINKLE RED CHILLI POWDER OVER IT
  6. SPREAD IT ON WHOLE PIECE
  7. TURN AND SPREAD THE SALT AND RED CHILLI POWDER
  8. TAKE A NON STICK PAN AND ADD OIL AND ROAST THE BROKEN CASHEWS,PISTA,RAISINS AND WALNUTS
  9. THE NUTS ARE ROASTED
  10. TAKE A PAN AND ADD OIL THEN CHOPPED GINGER AND SAUTE
  11. NOW ADD THE BROKEN POTATO PIECES AND SAUTE FOR FEW SECONDS
  12. NOW ADD SALT TO TASTE, CORIANDER POWDER
  13. ADD RED CHILLI POWDER AND MIX WELL
  14. NOW ADD THE ROASTED NUTS AND MIX WELL
  15. THE VEGGIE MIX IS READY KEEP ASIDE IN A BOWL
  16. DICED ONIONS,TOMATO,CAPSICUM,GARLIC, MUSHROOM,CARROT ARE READY FOR PREPARING RATATOUILLE
  17. TO THE OIL ADD GARLIC AND SAUTE
  18. ADD THE ONIONS AND SAUTE WELL FOR FEW MINUTES
  19. ADD THE MUSHROOMS AND SAUTE
  20. ADD THE CARROTS AND CAPSICUM
  21. SAUTE WELL AND MIX
  22. ADD THE TOMATOES AND SAUTE
  23. COVER AND COOK FOR 2-3 MINUTES
  24. UNCOVER AND MIX AND ADD SALT
  25. ADD THE PICKLE MASALA AND MIX WELL AND READY AND SWITCH OFF THE FLAME
  26. NOW TAKE MICROWAVE SAFE CONTAINER AND ADD RATATOUILLE
  27. PUT THE MARINATED COTTAGE CHEESE I.E. PANEER SLICES AND ADD THE VEGGIE MIX OF POTATO,NUTS ON THAT
  28. GRATE THE CHEESE OVER IT
  29. PUT CHEESE QUANTITY AS PER YOUR TASTE
  30. REPEAT THE LAYERS UNTIL FULL
  31. AGAIN GRATE CHEESE ON TOP
  32. PUT IT IN MICROWAVE
  33. MICROWAVE FOR 10 MINUTES
