Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Potato half boiled - 1/2 kg
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Oil - 2 tbs
  4. Achaari masala readymade - 2 tbsp
  5. Chaat masala - 1 tsp
  6. Garam masala - 1 tsp
  7. Onion seeds3/4 tsp
  8. Fennel Seeds - 1 tsp
  9. Amchoor powder - 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Half boil the potatoes in pressure cooker. Peel and cut into pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the potatoes till they turn golden brown. Take them out in a plate. In a katori put achhari masala, mix all the spices and salt.
  3. Heat a little oil in a pan, add prepared masala and potato pieces. Mix nicely. Cook on slow flame till masala and potatoes are mixed evenly and flavors get absorbed completely in the potatoes. Turn off the flame and serve hot.
