  1. 1 bowl palak/spinach
  2. 1 bowl /1 bunch methi leaves
  3. 1 small bunch spring onion greens
  4. 2 boiled potatoes
  5. 1 tblspn chaat masala
  6. 1 tblspn cummin corriander powder
  7. 2tblspn wheat flour or corn flour
  8. 1 tspn salt
  9. 1tspn pepper
  10. 1tspn red chilli kashmiri powder
  11. Oil to deep fry
  12. Ketchup to serve with

Instructions

  1. WASH AND CHOP SPINACH AND FENUGREEK LEAVES 1 BOWL,2 BOILED POTATOES,ONION GREENS, PIECE OF GINGER
  2. FORM PORTIONS ATTATCH STICKS TO THESE APPLY SOME BREAD CRUMBS,KEEP IN FRIDGE FOR SOMETIME BEFORE FRY
  3. ADD OIL ENUF TO FRY IN A FRY PAN AND HEAT WELL
  4. NOW ADD THESE READY CHOPS TO HOT OIL AND FRY SIDE SLOWLY TURNING SIDES
  5. ONCE DONE WELL ON BOTH SIDES REMOVE THEM IN A PLATE NOW BEFORE SERVING TO REMOVE EXCESS OIL
  6. DO THE SAME TO ALL FRYIN 2 AT A TIME
